A story about a journey that is an end in itself, and the related new experiences that constantly build our identity. The main character, traversing and discovering new worlds, represents an imperfect individual – still in the process of being generated. Each new place encountered leaves some part of its reality on her, making her a compilation of what she has experienced and a reflection of her past encounters.
The presented surrealistic liminal spaces, evoking the feeling of being ‘in-between,’ further intensify the impression of impermanence and suspension in a ‘beta’ state – incomplete. The animation is a reflection on humanity as an archive that is constantly being updated, modified, and transformed.
