Artyści

An animator and illustrator with a great love for animated films dating back to childhood, drawing inspiration from her own experiences and animation classics. She is a student at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław in Media Arts, originally from a small town surrounded by nature, which significantly influenced her perception of the world. Raised on animated fairy tales, she loves analyzing the artistic techniques used in them, world-building, and narrative construction. In her creative work, she strives to create stories in the style of those that inspire her: rich in means of expression and conveying ideas not necessarily through words.

A designer and illustrator fascinated by design in its broadest sense, which surrounds her daily. A student at the E. Geppert Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. Growing up in the peaceful countryside among forests strongly shaped her view of the world and had a major influence on her creative work. She continuously explores new areas in design, developing her illustration path and deepening her knowledge based on new digital tools.

A graphics student at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. She began her adventure with animation in the Animated Film Studio, then in the Intermedia Activities and Experimental Animation Studio, and created the animation ‘Searching’ in the Narrative and Interaction in New Media Studio.

Agnieszka Jakubowska is a graphics student at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. She is interested in narrative drawing, animation, and the world of science fiction.

Tomek Tryzna, an independent filmmaker since the age of sixteen, he has been experimenting with the audiovisual medium ever since. He is a director and screenwriter for both film and television.

Tryzna is also a writer, with novels including Go, Love, Dancing in Eggshells, and Pale Nico to his name. He gained the most recognition for the legendary Miss Nobody, which was translated into dozens of languages, promoted by Czesław Miłosz, and adapted for the screen by Andrzej Wajda.

Piotr Krzykwa – founder and director of the Korelacje Festival, cultural animator, film producer, and musician. Co-owner of the Wrocław-based film studio Kineskop and the sound studio Voiceland, as well as co-creator of the Adapter.pl platform. For over 20 years, he has been involved in sound production (Włatcy Much), film co-production (Erratum, Interior), and accessible cinema – creating audio descriptions for films in collaboration with the Wrocław-based Katarynka Foundation (most recently, Chłopi).

 

Konrad Imiela is an actor, artistic director of the Capitol Musical Theatre in Wrocław and formerly of the Stage Songs Review (Przegląd Piosenki Aktorskiej). He is also a director, songwriter, and text-based musician.
From 1992 to 1994, he hosted the children’s and youth television program Truskawkowe Studio. He began his acting career at the Polish Theatre in Wrocław, and since 2002 has been associated with Teatr Muzyczny Capitol. His body of work includes dozens of roles in theatre, television, and film, as well as several directed productions and two solo albums.

Privately, he is the father of two adult daughters, an avid badminton enthusiast, and a fan of Iga Świątek.

Jakub Jan Bryndal – rapper, music producer, fingerdrummer. His rap collaboration concludes Pezet’s platinum record “Muzyka Współczesna,” and his original track “Kiedy Mało Śpisz” (“When You Sleep Too Little”) featuring Łona has become an anthem for the sleep-deprived and overworked. As a music and lyrics author and performer, he has collaborated with artists such as Joanna Duda, Envee, Maciej Obara, Dominik Strycharski, Te-Tris, and Miły ATZ.

 

He works both as a solo artist and as a member of live line-ups for groups like Łona/Webber/The Pimps, Łona/Konieczny/Krupa, and as the leader of the jazz-rap fusion orchestra Bryndal/Eklektik/Klawo.

 

He also works as a DJ and co-hosts the Beatkultura program on Radio Kampus in Warsaw. As both a creator and a listener, he enjoys seeking inspiration where electronic and organic,

“human,” nuanced pulses converge.

Ilona Witkowska – poet and author of the books Splendida realta (WBPiCAK, 2012), Lucifer Wins (Ha!art, 2017), and Where Are My Children? (Papier w dole/Katalog Press, 2021).

She co-wrote the script for the short film If You Sit Long Enough in Silence, Other Animals Will Come to You, directed by Jagoda Szelc (Erotica 2022, Netflix, 2020), and was one of the contributors to the project Nieswojość (Warstwy, 2019).

She lives in Sokołowsko, Poland.

Daria ze Śląska was once on track to become a professional volleyball player, but after 11 years of training and a decline in performance, she gave it up and became a historian instead. She dislikes big cities and crowds. She says that if she weren’t singing, she’d be writing ad copy or science fiction novels. She’s trusting, suffers from indecisiveness, and feels safest in sadness.

She released her debut album in 2022. Tu była earned her two Fryderyk Awards (for Indie Pop Album of the Year and Debut of the Year). The success of the debut led to an intense period of touring and new material. She followed it up with the album Na Południu bez zmian — just as emotional, and at times more hip-hop in form — a continuation of her debut.

The album’s strong reception brought her to major festivals such as Open’er, Tauron Nowa Muzyka, and Męskie Granie, followed by a fall tour with over 20 performances across Poland. She ended 2024 with nominations for the prestigious Paszporty Polityki and Onet’s Olśnienia, and began the next year by receiving another Fryderyk Award, this time for Pop Alternative Album of the Year.
